We take a short trip to the Red River Gorge and a long detour home through Kentucky horse country.

Instead of taking the most direct route home from the gorge, we decided to cut through Lexington to Old Frankfort Pike, a Kentucky Scenic Byway. We saw a field full of geese and goslings along the way.
